UCCS has just begun a new program called Kids University for Inquisitive learners, grades 1st – 7th. We are offering a wide variety
of topics for classes, and are excited to extend the opportunity to you to enroll your child or student in this program.
Kids University
is an academic
program for children grades 1-7 who are inquisitive learners. All
classes are offered at an age-appropriate grade level, while still
challenging the young learner to be a creative & innovative thinker.
There will be two sessions of classes that run for (3)
hours each on Saturdays in the Spring semester for four consecutive
weeks. Instructors for the classes are teachers, content experts,
faculty at UCCS, and other dynamic instructors who have been approved by
the College of Education and Campus Wide Extended
Studies at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS).
Students will have an opportunity to learn more about specific
content areas while also experiencing hands-on learning strategies.
